We reserve the right to change services, refuse service, terminate accounts or access, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Sahelli by Eman does not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind once fabric has been cut or once ready-to-wear or digital products have been delivered.
Please follow the care instructions mentioned in the product description, as we are unable to accept claims for fabrics or garments that have been laundered or handled incorrectly.
Colors displayed on the website may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions, which are beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, Sahelli by Eman will replace the item at no additional charge. If a replacement is not possible due to product unavailability, a refund for the product price and applicable shipping charges will be issued.
All claims regarding faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of purchase, along with valid proof of purchase.

Prices on the online store may differ from any physical or third-party retail prices due to currency fluctuations, operational costs, and promotions. Sahelli by Eman does not offer price matching or refunds if the same product is found at a lower price elsewhere.
Order placement does not constitute acceptance until you receive an official order confirmation from Sahelli by Eman.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any applicable taxes, including VAT or GST, will be calculated at checkout. Additional duties or taxes based on your location are the customer’s responsibility.
