Exchange Policy

Sahelli by Emaan only entertains exchange requests in cases where an incorrect product or size has been shipped or where the received item is damaged or defective. In such cases, customers may receive online store credit equal to the product value, excluding shipping charges, which can be used for future purchases. All exchange requests must be submitted within seven days of receiving the order by contacting us at customer@sahellibyeman.com.


The Product I Received Is Faulty (Damaged or Not What I Ordered)

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item. While we take every measure to ensure order accuracy, issues may occasionally occur. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at customer@sahellibyeman.com or via Phone / WhatsApp at +92 333 2455988. You may request an exchange or opt for online store credit. All claims must be reported within fourteen days of purchase, and all returned items are subject to final approval by our Head Office.


What Is Online Store Credit?

Online store credit is digital credit added to your Sahelli by Eman account. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire unless stated otherwise.


Are There Any Limitations to the Products I Can Exchange?

Sahelli by Eman strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction; however, certain limitations apply. Accessories are not eligible for exchange. Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange. Once a sale begins, the discounted price will be considered final for any exchange. All products must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original tags intact.
